Booking conditions

Below you will find our conditions:

1. We apply a minimum of 2 nights.
2. The standard price per night is € 250 for a maximum of 4 people, allowing two adults and two children.
3. We have the following exclusions for the standard price, naming:
3.1. The summerholiday, which starts from the 1st of July till the 31st of August. Price € 285 per night.
3.2. Ascension weekend € 285 per night. May 29 – Sunday, June 1, 2025
3.3. Pentecost weekend € 285 per night. Friday, June 6 – Monday, June 9, 2025
4. Tourist tax is € 1,25 per person, per night.
5. Final cleaning price is € 95
6. Included in the price is the following:
6.1. Made beds with fresh linen.
6.2. Towels for bathroom and kitchen.
6.3. A dingy, which can bring you to shore, including a full tank of gas.
6.4. A start stock with coffee, tea, toiletpaper, olive oil etc etc
6.5. A bbq with coles.

Optional:

• you can rent a sailingboat at our sailingschool from € 90 a day.
• you can rent a sup from € 35 per stay.
• Extra firewood. € 10 per stay.

Important to know

Parties, amplified music, smoking inside or on the terrace and pets are not allowed.
Attention: children must be in the possession of a swimming certificate. We cannot allow small children without the ability to swim. Since the float, or the Island, are not completely fenced,

Getting there and away

We bring and pick you up to the island. In the meantime you can use the dingy to come to shore. If you are staying for a longer period of time (say a week), we can make a plan together to bring you to other places further away.
